There some tribes that value this attire most especially Bahererero and Bakgatla .Baherero like their attire with their hearts because they said it makes them been recognized as true Africans.They said they feel proud when putting on their attire because its more different from other attires.Even Bakgatla they value their gear with respect because they wear it for different reasons.Bakgatla women are supposed to wear clothes that cover their legs even putting on a shawl on top of their shoulders when going to special occasions like weddings and funeral even man should always cover their arms when attending those traditional ceremonies.
